Tandoori Lamb Chops- (New Zealand Lamb)
-marinated with aromatic spices- skewered in the Tandoor. Served over sautéed onions, peppers and lemons.
Chicken Malabar
-boneless chicken cubes marinated with spices cooked with a coconut milk gravy.
Roasted Chicken
